Mentor

I've always believed that having a mentor can expedite any process and I have worked with them in the past. So in that vein, we've partnered up with the Enlightened Wealth Institute for a real estate mentor. Interesting process so far. We had an interview for about an hour and a half and one prerequisite is that we have to donate 10% of profits to charitable causes. That's the sort of mentoring application question that I like. We had that plan anyway, so it's good to know they are on board with our wishes. We will be personally mentored for sixteen weeks and then have a go to phone number for questions and stuff for another eight months.
This is cementing another stream of income for us. We are looking to have 10,000 per month income from real estate and I can see that happening somewhat quickly.
