Well, we are in the process of getting a mentor from EWI to guide us on our journey back into real estate investing. we are checking out the success stories on www.millionairehalloffame.com we did pretty well on our last two investment properties, but that was all on our own and conventional financing and we aren't in a great position for that.
my book sales are doing OK, hopefully that will pick up a little, and next month I get my first commission check, so that should be interesting. I am really curious as to how many books actually have sold. So far I am in the dark on that one.
